Lots of folks in Star Trek had pronounced structures on the face: Klingons; Cardacias; Ferengi. Ferengi were the most pink and had the really big ears.So what is it really?
I have no idea what it is... it is not the only one out there. There is a small crab inside a shell that is attached to the blob.
